Traditional Pest Control vs SMART
In a traditional pest service, a pest infestation can be discovered in two ways. In the best scenario, it is discovered by the technician during the scheduled visit to the property. But depending on the frequency of the visits it can take weeks or months before it is discovered. The longer the pests are left alone, the more damage they can do, making it more difficult and time-consuming to get rid of them.
With Smart devices on-site we are continuously monitoring any activities on site. The Smart devices will alert us about the activity, and we can start the treatment in an early stage and defined area. This reduces the damage, which means that the customer can save costs and increase the value of the service.
Targeted, Electronic Pest Control Protection
We treat the interior of your home on our initial visit, applying targeted treatments to wall voids, inside switch plates, and around plumbing. The exterior will be treated as well with clearing of soffits, doors and windows of spiderwebs, wasp’s nests, mud daubers, and more, along with applying a perimeter treatment to keep bugs out. Recurring exterior services will be performed every four months. If any interior concerns arise, we will gladly come out on a free service call to address the issue and will then resume our proactive exterior services.
